With the loyalty card you have access to a range of exclusive benefits that make your experience at Union Lido even more rewarding.

The new Union Lido Card rewards your commitment and loyalty with benefits that grow with each level reached. Each milestone passed opens the door to increasingly exclusive privileges. From the basic to the highest level of loyalty, you can enjoy extra discounts, premium services and personalised offers.

The new Union Lido Card can be purchased at the Info Point for €15.00 and comes in three different types:

1. LOYAL: yellow (from 1 to 14 years of loyalty)

2. AMBASSADOR: blue (from 15 to 24 years of loyalty)

3. STAR: colour gold (25 or more years of loyalty)

N.B: years of presence for the calculation of loyalty are counted from 2004 onwards.

How do I receive points?

Points are loaded during payment at the Cashier’s Office, when the Guest shows the card to the operator through the MyUnionlido App downloaded on the smartphone.

You will receive points into your Card according to the amount spent on your stay (10 points for every euro).

Since the card is nominal and can be viewed digitally on one’s mobile phone, points can only be charged for receipts in the cardholder’s name.

Fixed pitch stays and tourist tax are excluded from the point collection. In addition, with the purchase of the new Loyalty Card, you will receive free welcome points!

The card as well as the points are valid for three years.
